Is the product information reliable?
The product pages carry the specifications published by the manufacturers and automatically follow our supplier's catalogue, including the price and availability shown. If a detail matters for your choice, such as compatibility, a configuration or a delay, write to us before ordering: we will check it with you.
How does delivery work, and what does it cost?
We have no store and no depot: everything is done online and your order is delivered to the address you give. The shop offers standard delivery at a fixed fee: the exact amount appears during checkout, before you confirm. For a particular address or a question about timing, contact us before buying.
How do I follow or change my order?
Contact us with your order number, by e-mail, by phone or on WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. The sooner you write to us, the better our chance of still being able to act on your order.
Can I return a product?
If you buy as a consumer, Belgian law gives you a right of withdrawal of 14 days for a distance purchase, except for custom-configured products. If you buy for your business, this right does not apply automatically: write to us before ordering and we will tell you the conditions that apply to your case.
Are my products under warranty?
Yes. Lenovo products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, whose length depends on the model. Lenovo warranty extensions are offered in the shop. As a consumer you also benefit from the two-year legal warranty of conformity provided by Belgian law.
What should I do if a product arrives damaged or does not work?
Keep the packaging, take a few photos and write to us with your order number, describing the problem. We will tell you the possible solutions, for example the manufacturer taking it on, so that you are not left alone with a device that does not work.
Can I order for my business or buy several devices?
Yes, the shop is also for businesses. For several devices, a particular configuration or a billing question, write to us: we will look at your request and reply. TheWayITis also supports small and medium-sized businesses in their IT projects.
How do I choose the right model?
Each product page details the specifications, and the shop page lets you browse the ThinkPad, ThinkBook, ThinkCentre, ThinkStation and ThinkVision ranges. If you are unsure, write to us with the intended use and your budget: we will point you to the models in the shop.
